Located in Norwich Riverside Retail Park. Plenty of parking spaces but gets very busy on Saturdays especially. 2hrs 30 mins parking allowed Seating inside available and usual Starbucks drinks and food

Me and my partner went for an afternoon coffee here while we were shopping, ok firstly we can't use cash cos apparently Starbucks is now cashless, hmmm used other stores with no issue so clearly a lie, no signs or anything to say card only payments. Coffee was nice I agree but the service by children is a bit undesirable, they don't really seem to know what they are doing and standing around chatting and giggling on their phones is a clear sign they were not mature enough to run this place, clearly Starbucks only want to pay child labour rates, shameful. Now the toilets, disgusting is putting it politely, toilet roll on the floor, no soap and clearly need some upgrading required I will not recommend this establishment or use it again.
