The service here was a disaster. No surprise the team had all taken off their badges so as not to get feedback. The entire debacle seemed to be made worse by the tall blonde woman who didn't make eye contact or coffee apparently. She managed to simultaneously look very busy and achieve nothing.
20 minutes later I got my coffee to go so I didn't have to watch the incompetence any longer.
