        We found Tim at Easton Surveyors to be really good with us, as first time buyers, we wasn't 100% sure on these kind of things, but everything in the report was explained well, and it was a very detailed, I really would highly recommend using Easton surveyors, first class service.

        Sorry to say that over the months since the survey of my property was done by Easton surveyors, more and more significant issues have been found. For example, an internal door being used as a back door was missed by these surveyors. The upshot is that having bought the house, I am spending my life savings on work that I had no idea was required, the cost of which I could have got taken off the asking price. Edit. No mistake made. Level 2 survey commissioned. Discussed issue with surveyor. But review stands. Another edit. I did follow advice. Just the report was poorly written and issues not included. That has cost me.
