This lovely local cancer charity shop has an amazing range of wedding dresses and very helpful, grounded staff to guide the process. We had a really good experience there. Can't believe there is nothing similar in London. Lucky Norwich and Norfolk people!

I bought a lovely dress for my wedding from this shop. It turned out it was a brand new dress and fit amazingly, it just needed taking up a little. Cant wait to wear it.

Attempted to visit the bridal boutique recently. Went in, the boutique's location was not obvious, I came out and noticed on a sign outside the exit door the boutique is upstairs. I unknowingly entered again, but through the exit door (there was only 1 customer in the shop, still browsing). Yes, this was wrong, no, it should not have incurred such a tongue -lashing as it did from the store's volunteer staff. The lady working that day clearly took issue with this and me, she then proceeded to 'tell me off' like a child, and insinuated I was not safe to be in the shop unmonitored..?! I said I would voluntarily leave as I did not want to stay to be berated. I have had to postpone my wedding twice now due to covid, I was hoping to buy some bits for the wedding and do a good deed at the same time with the money going to a charity very close to my heart, and I did not even get the chance to get my purse out before being harassed by the shop's volunteer. I would like to go back, and hopefully the lady will not be there next time! Good luck to any customers that encounter her.
