Very poor service, there seems to be a culture of incompetence and very low standards. It felt like a bit of a joke or a sham, with a catalogue of failures and excuses one after the other. I was very disappointed and had to chase things up all the time and point out the lack of professionalism and failures numerous times but nothing was done just more excuses. Very disappointing and sad especially when they are supposed to be there to support vulnerable people. Typical of the UK (broken Britain) really, I saw it in the NHS and in other government agencies like social services and companies I've worked for that supposedly care for vulnerable people. Perhaps this should be renamed sham trust!

Not to be trusted! They pass your details on to third parties, and make them available to other members! Avoid!!!
