I've just taken delivery of a new Dacia Sandero Stepway; dealing with Ian Turner throughout. He has been courteous; knowledgable and helpful throughout the process - keeping me updated. A projected delivery date was correctly stated - in fact the car arrived a bit early. Seven weeks from order to me taking delivery. That's swift by current standards. I'm very pleased with the 'Journey' spec car which has excellent specification for the price.

Picked up my new Dacia Duster last Thursday, 20th April, and I am well pleased - not only with my new car, but also with Mr Ian Turner, Sales Executive. First called into the showroom at the end of February and booked a test drive for March 5th. No fuss, no bother. I was able to go out on my own and drove both in the city and on a dual carriageway. Impressed with the car's performance, a fair part exchange price for my old car was negotiated and I placed an order there and then. Ian told me there would be a wait for it to be made and transported to UK, probably until end of April. From that time until it arrived at Norwich, Ian kept me regularly informed of its progress. I was especially pleased when it arrived 2 weeks earlier than expected and was ready for me to drive away within a week, complete with Williams Ceramic Coat Paint Protection. I have no hesitation in recommending Holden Dacia, their Sales Team and Ian Turner.
