        Over the course of the last few weeks, I contacted Glenn via Messenger, asking him if he could give me any additional info about a certain bike. After three very polite messages sent over several weeks, I received not a single reply. Glenn was offering viewings by appointment at that time, so I really cannot understand why I haven't had any response from him. It's very disappointing.
