Sold the car ok. However, before you start doing the dance, 2 things I don't think the adverts make clear: 1) They contact you once you've entered your registration plate number online to offer you a reasonably high sum for the vehicle and then repeatedly contact you to say they really want to buy your vehicle. Then when you take it to the contact point, they take a lot off for minor scratches etc - over 1000 came off what was originally offered for mine, despite having low mileage and 6 months MOT remaining. They use a tablet when assessing the vehicle and then tell you the 'computer won't allow them' to give you any more. By that point, I really needed to shift the car, but you'd certainly get more if you sold privately. I had checked the bottom book price and in the end received less than that. 2) They suggest that the money can be in your account on the same day, but in reality you have to pay extra for that. I didn't pay the extra, so it was 8 days before the money hit my account. So it's a reasonably good service and convenient, but I think the advertising is not entirely honest and people need to be aware of that. They did ask for direct feedback, but I couldn't see that once I'd sent it, so not sure how their customer service ratings are generated.

Very quick and easy transaction. Darren was excellent, talked me through the process and carried out the vehicle check efficiently. The price was fair and the whole process lasted about 15 minutes. Would recommend.
