Picked up a new Cupra Formentor yesterday. Amazing car. Dealt with Matthew Crosby from start to finish. 5 star well deserved review for him. From start to finish a professional, knowledgeable experience. A a very happy customer many thanks again

With a faulty two day old Cupra Born, the Service department advised they could not fix the car as they have no EV technicians and wont have until later in the year. I asked them to move the car to a Cupra dealer that could assist. They refused to do so, leaving us stranded. We have had to move, the now dangerous to drive car to Ipswich, who werent able to assist with a courtesy car, but did kindly drop my husband back to the station. Extremely poor support from Cupra Norwich and Cupra Head Office also. AVOID BUYING A CUPRA EV IN NORFOLK, UNLESS YOU HAVE FULLY CHECKED THAT AFTER SALES SUPPORT IS AVAILABLE LOCALLY.

Collected my car yesterday from Cupra Norwich (Born), the whole process has been very smooth and I cant rate Matt higher for his service and continued communication. A special note to Scott in spares who was extremely efficient. Would highly recommend and the car is fantastic, I will be back.

Matthew Crosby is a credit to Cupra Norwich. He is attentive, caring and comes across as very passionate. The only criticism I can give is that through myself and few other customer collected our on a very warm day and the air conditioning was not allowed to be put on. From a sales perspective absolutely brilliant.

I just had the best experience buying a new car from Cupra Norwich. Amazing service from Matthew Crosby from the start of the sale to when we picked up the car. Matts knowledge was excellent and he kept me updated through the process and provided information as required. The whole experience was so easy. Matt also checked in after I picked up the car to ensure everything was ok. You cannot get better service than that. Get your new car from Cupra with Matt. Thanks.
