Fantastic! Norwich is pretty dire for a proper breakfast frankly, not many places (5 others I'd recommend is all) and they are always very busy. The staff, approachable and polite. The venue clean and pleasant The food value for money, not cheap, but I didn't want a glorified sandwich for breakfast, which is what you will get at the usual places. Recommend all day long.

One of our go to places as have always enjoyed firstly the food, secondly the service. Unfortunately this was not the case on our last visit Saturday. Whilst I appreciate this is a busy eatery, we were shown to our table which was booked for six a few weeks ago to find it only had room for five of us. This was rectified quite quickly to be fair. But it was downhill from then on. No cutlery had to ask for it. Coffee machine broken, yes beyond their control possibly but come on its a bank holiday weekend get it sorted asap. Food as good as usual yes, but no one came to ask if all was ok. no offers of anymore drinks, no questions like can I get you anything else. The lad who served us was great tbh and they were clearly busy but when another member of staff came to tell us basically our time was up as they needed the table we were all speechless!. We wanted more drinks, possibly dessert, but no after one hour max we were chucked out ( thats how it felt). We are a group of friends that meet here every few weeks. I think we may have to rethink our meeting place next time. Disappointed to say the least.
