I had a very positive experience with Brown & Co. They are very professionnal. I was looking for a flat to rent with the possibility to move in ASAP. I was interested in a flat when I called they told me there was already 2 applications but they would call me if it was not going through the check. I appreciated that Tiffanie called me back (as usually agent would not). Also, as I was looking to move as soon as possible, she quickly liaised with Lesley who was also very responsive and prepared the paper promptly but thoroughly. All in all, within a week I have been able to move in.

We have moved into our new rented home. A massive thank you to Tiffanie, who was the most wonderful blend of professional and approachable! During the whole process, we had felt continuesly supported and heard by her. She was great with answering any questions we had over email, and when met in person was incredibly down to earth, proactive and kind. Thank you, Tiffanie and the team, we look forward to welcoming the spring/summer in our new home.

Wed specifically like to name and thank Trevor for his constant help throughout the purchase, nothing was ever too much to ask and he was always more than happy to help on the other side of the phone! 5/5 stars for sure, would use again!

Theo impressed from the first time he showed us around the property that we eventually bought. He was professional, efficient, friendly and knowledgeable. Very accommodating with arranging viewings, answering queries and chasing up what was needed to secure the sale and purchase. David valued our house and was also very professional and we felt at ease showing him around our house and very comfortable with his knowledge of property values. Amanda was always there to help with queries also and all in all we feel that we had a first-rate service.
