As a student I have to use the bus to get to and from school everyday on this bus service. My bus only runs 1x per hour, however somehow it is always a 50/50 chance as to whether it will actually show up and be less than 10 minutes late. Luckily I have some leniency as there is a 50 minute gap between bus due and Class staring, however somehow, within the space of one week (the week of mocks might i just add) every single morning it missed the stop completely, didn't show up, was 25 minutes late or went on a completely different route. For how expensive even the student tickets are you would've thought it would be a bit more reliable but no. I don't think that you should have to sacrifice your grades or academics just because you are unable to get in on a service that should get you in easily

I would like to thank the driver of Bus 10 route from castle meadow going to knowsley road, my deep appreciation for keeping my bag safe. I was able to collect it today monday (18-07-2022). I left my bag in the bus it was 2 days ago that was saturday afternoon around 1600H. There are lots of important things inside my bag. You are heaven sent. Thank you again. God bless your heart. I know God will reward you for your honesty.
