Prima Donna Bridal Wear

Prima Donna is brilliant which is obvious from their shop floor alone. I had been to 6 shops hunting down my wedding dress which I eventually found here. The 1st lady helping me was amazing, making the experience perfect and with so much knowledge. I chose 2 dresses to be made into one with added extras and the alterations lady went above and beyond to make it all possible. I rented a hoop and took it back late but they were so understanding the entire time. Would deffo recommend

We attended Prima Donna and had the full bridal experience that you see in movies! We had our private room with complimentary tea and coffee whilst we watched our lovely bride narrow down what she wanted to wear on her big day. No pushy sales, no limit on which dresses we could try. It was like an episode of say yes to the dress and it was honestly just so amazing. Also, the lady helping us was really helpful and had so much knowledge of alterations and accessories! I couldnt fault it, 5 stars!!!

I had an absolutely incredible experience at Prima Donna. Back in June was my first time trying in wedding dresses and Julia was so lovely and very helpful - complimenting me and sharing her thoughts on what would look good on me. I ended up picking the first dress I tried on! Corrina was brilliant with amending my dress, talked me through what it would be like once everything fit and did an absolutely amazing job. My wedding was last month and I felt so comfortable in my dress and happy - thank you to the whole team!!

My mother and me decided to have a girly day trying on dresses around Norwich. I had travelled down for the weekend from Manchester, so I was very much looking forward to our day together. Our first appointment was at La Crme (very, very good service) and we happened to walk by a store called Pure Brides on our way back to the car. We explained that we didnt have an appointment but would it be ok to just have a look around? The staff were so kind and said come on in, would you like any help? (They were so friendly and accommodating, and Ive now booked in with them for when Im next down). We then walked past Prima Donna on our way to John Lewis. The store was dead, absolutely no one in it other than a lady dressing a mannequin. We asked if it was possible to have a little look around, but we didnt have an appointment (exactly the same way we did to Pure Brides). The lady hid behind the door to the stores entrance and said flat out- no, you cannot come in without an appointment. And pulled a face at us, as if to say, what cheek we had of asking. Which is fine, I understand that every store will have different policies, but it was the way she spoke to us which put a sour taste in my mouth. Outright rude and will not go back after that encounter.
