A HUGE Thank You to the lovely Mel for making my daughters first time of trying on wedding dresses such a fab experience. We both arrived feeling slightly anxious, not knowing quite what to expect. However, her calm but upbeat, friendly and knowledgeable manner put us both at ease within no time at all. At no time did Charli feel pressurised to buy from the store and sadly that was the case. She couldnt quite find what she wanted from Dreams, although she genuinely wanted to because Mel had been such a super assistant. Long may you continue to make ladies feel so special, Mel. Xx

This was a great day. We found a beautiful dress and hat for our daughter's wedding. The staff were so helpful and it was so nice to get a personalised service, which you don't always find in other shops. Sue and Genny were very professional and it was such a pleasure to meet them, but most importantly we found the perfect dress.

I came to visit Mel and the team at Dreams to start my hunt for a bridal gown. Mel has the patience of a saint and was so generous with her time - we had a 1 hour appointment and ended up staying for 1hr 40mins!! Mel was SO knowledgeable and full of helpful advice and guidance. She was able to provide such useful suggestions and really listened to me - so much so that we ended up finding just the style I was looking for. The shop was very spacious, comfortable and they had lots of different style dresses and plenty of options for us to work through. That includes both dresses and accessories (veils, belts, etc) Sadly, Dreams didn't have the exact dress for me but the fact that I was able to find my perfect dress was hugely thanks to my visit to Dreams and I will be forever grateful! Plus, the consultation was completely free which still blows my mind! Thank you so much, Mel!
