Honestly so over the moon that i found my dress at Pure Brides! i came in with no expectations and i was BLOWN AWAY. From the scent walking in to your own private area to sit with my bridal team, to our lovely Molly who was looking after us instantly made us feel comfortable and got to know me and the story of how i met my fianc and we got some cocktails and settled in before trying on dresses. Molly really listened to what i liked and how i felt in the dress. there was bits i liked on a few of the dresses and miraculously she found the PERFECT dress for me and was so happy to say YES to my dress. As soon as i put on that final dress she chose for me Everyone was speechless and other staff members came and saw me with words of encouragement, that solidified my decision! An extra bonus is that when you book your appointment you get a link to their website/app and you can browse through the dresses you would like to try on & they will be ready for you when you arrive. They also give you a call a few days before your appointment to get to know you & your style and that was a nice touch so on the day they already had something in mind for you. Overall amazing experience and cannot wait for my dress to arrive and wear it on my Wedding Day!!

Absolutely amazing service! I was super nervous as I've never tried on a wedding gown before and had no clue what I would look good in. The team at pure brides were very helpful and got in touch either me from when I booked my appointment, a couple of days before which reassured me. And on the day, Libby was absolutely brilliant! She was very patient, friendly and helpful which wuickly calmed my nerves. I found THE dress on the day and the whole team were there to share ideas to maximise the look. Pure brides team= Great vibes, friendly, professional and just brilliant!

Renee is the best! She was patient and assisted me throughout my entire process. She went above and beyond to help me find the perfect dress. I thoroughly enjoyed the try on process to find which style was best for my body type. Renee used her industry knowledge to help me enhance a dress I loved to fit the style I was looking for. My daughters came with me to look for my wedding dress, Riro was amazing....so patient, kind and helpful. I was quite nervous and just thinking about it made me feel overwhelmed but Riro made the whole experience so special and we had so much fun. I found my perfect dress and cannot wait for my big day!! The most amazing experience, with the most incredible team of women. I said yes to the dress and had so much fun with Riro and Renee. Everyone made me feel so comfortable and beautiful I cant wait to go back for my next appointment
