This shop does not care about your bridal experience - only taking your money. I mirror the review about coming here if you enjoy disappointment. Appalling experience, very rude to bride and bridesmaides. Told style of dress I would like "doesn't suit most people" only later to find that shop only had 1 dress of this style available whole shop. An unwelcoming member of staff wrote down our preliminary budget price, went to speak to colleague then came out and took bride straight to sale rack!! We would have rather discussed our budget in a better way. This is sad, as bride would have spent a lot more on the right dress - from the right place, which we did from a more deserving shop. There are much better places in Norwich. I recommend opposite John lewis. 2 shop options for all budgets.

Fabulous experience! Had originally booked for Dreams- who kindly rang La Belle Angele when there was nothing in their store that suited what we were after. The whole team were so wonderful. Selected a wide array of dresses for me to try on. Service was brilliant!

With a full array of dresses my daughter walked away with her dream prom dress. We cannot thank all of the ladies enough for being so kind and helpful and making my daughter's experience a great one

First of all, I went to La Belle Angle July this year to look for my wedding dress. I had seen one online that I loved and was happy to find that this shop stocked the same collection. I went with 4 people. Upon arrival, we were all made to feel very welcome; Carly and Kirsty put a nervous bride-to-be at ease. They listened to my budget and style requirements, then found an array of dresses that were stunning. I loved that they contributed their ideas and suggestions on both dresses that I picked out, and dresses I hadnt thought of. The whole appointment was relaxed and easygoing, but I was still made to feel like a special bride. I found the dress that I saw online, tried it on and couldnt resist it, even despite my petite figure. They ordered this dress in my preferred colour and length, again catering for my lack of height. I cant wait for my first fitting! Because this experience was so magical for me, I chose for my daughter to come back and get a prom dress here today. Megan and Carly were very friendly and again made her feel special. We found a great dress, perfect for the occasion. We cant wait to come back again and choose bridesmaid dresses!
