        Having suffered a slow puncture on a long journey home I managed to get to ATS Norwich. My relief was very short lived when I was rudely told by the Manager to move, declined any help & told me he hadn't got a new tyre without even checking what make or size I needed. I asked for some air to help me get to another garage. Eventually a young lad working there took pity on us & came out & put some air in the tyre. Avoid! Much better service not far away from National Tyres.

        On 02 12 22, i took my car at 10 a.m. To A.T.S Norwich, i was 5 mins late and was rudely told so. Within 10 mins of leaving M.O.T. Station i recieved a phonecall from A.T.S. Who again rudely told me that they could not M.O.T. My car as oil light was showing so i have to have a service before they would m.o.t. My car. I walked back to A.T.S. And took my car to a reputable national car dealership, they checked my car oil level and said it was fine, just did not like you being 5 mins late so were awkward with you. A.T.S. Need a lot of customer care training. A service is optional, an m.o.t. Is compulsory. A.t.s. Lied! Money spends anywhere, not just with a.t.s! Dodge norwich a.t.s. Branch like a car crash!!!
