Super friendly team, and extremely knowledgeable. I left a recently purchased secondhand bike with them this morning, they managed to look at it in a couple of hours and tell me what to fix and what not to worry about.

I took my vintage bike for a service due to being familiar with the places from a couple of years back. The waiting time was not bad, parts had to be ordered so that is understandable. I agree for the service + parts to be replaced which took it to 135 which we can agree I had high hopes for my bike to look in tip top condition. This was not the case. The bike was agreed for a clean for an extra 20, the bike still had mud on, cob webs just the way I took it in. Parts where replaced, but the cheapest possible. The bike was not take apart for the service, no oil applied. This has truly been a disappointing experience. This is a much loved bike which I had high hopes for. I am not the one to leave reviews usually, but i thought this needs to be heard as 135 is a lot of money and we all expect a certain standard of service. I will not be returning.
