        We have just been visited by a sale consultation visited from Sharps for some new sliding wardrobes into our new build house in Watton. Andrew Brown visited us for the second time ( Last time he sorted of wardrobes in our current house in Attleborough in 2016 ) Again, an outstanding sales consultancy service, as Andrew isnt your typical salesperson as he orders what you need at the best price, and not for what not want. Again, we have booked for the 2nd time with Andrew/Sharps for our next house.

        Appalling mess no dust sheets. Room used as a work shop. Had to go to my local hardware to buy hooks and baskets as no brackets were provided by the fitter which left a wasted void in apex I had a professional cleaning company to help clean the devastation caused. The mdf dust is not healthy to breathe. Please be warned by this shoddy company.

        Design was perfect. Delivery a day early, with notification I might add. The fitting was good but, he managed to drill through the wall into the next room. This was indicated on the paperwork he completed and shown to me. No response from Sharps. Part of the wood was damaged, arrived like it. Not noticed by fitter until pointed out. Again, no response from Sharps. It seems they have their money so no need for after care. A year on and one of the handles comes off, the one that was fitted at a slight angle! The screws are different lengths, surprised it hasn't come off before now.

        Poor quality materials. Several flawed design aspects. Hard to get hold of customer service; lots of promises made that are not kept.
