        I went in with my baby in her pram to have a look around. The shop was empty. I was approached within 90 seconds and told if I didnt have a trade card I would have to leave. Couldnt browse around. I made it clear that I just wanted to have a look and wasnt going to ask to buy anything. Still met with an absolutely vile attitude by the staff member. No wonder the beauty industry is such a horrid culture to work in with people like that at the front of house.

        rude and unhelpful manager shes awful and very rude never been treated so badly in other shops in my life before, will never go to this one again,try to avoid

        The staff are always sooo helpful and friendly with decent knowledge, especially if your goto product isn't available.
