I have been a regular at the salon for a while now, I was at the time new to intimate waxing, there was no pressure to go for the full service I booked in for! I was eased into the process and each step was explained to me while having the treatment, I was also reassured i could stop the treatment at any point if it felt overwhelming. Great service that I have repeatedly come back for. Friendly and relaxed environment which puts you at ease, im lucky to have been able to book in with the same waxer (Jayne) for all of my follow on intimate wax treatments. I got a Hollywood and armpits wax done by Jayne for a year+ whilst in Norwich honestly the best person and makes you feel really calm with an easy flowing conversation. From the moment you step in genuinely a great and positive atmosphere and I've recommended the place to my friends too and they've had similar positive experiences to mine 10/10 Service: Body waxing
