Aurora Hair Lounge

For so long I've been trying to achieve icy white hair, but with no success with other salons. I visited this salon today for the first time. Danielle is the first hairdresser who actually listened to what I wanted and was confident she could do it, and she did! I'm absolutely in love with the result. Wonderful friendly staff who all make you feel so welcome and pampered whilst you're there. I can't wait for my next appointment. I came to Aurora for nano extensions, overall very disappointed with the experience. I had 100 strands of Russian hair put in which cost 565, for this amount of money I would have expected to walk away over the moon but sadly I felt like I needed to hide them. The hair quality wasnt good and felt dry after putting any sort of heat on them, which I had to do in order for them to look half decent. They wasnt blended in with my hair, so you could see my natural hair, even when styling them. I went to the salon for them to be corrected but unfortunately I was still unhappy and couldnt see any improvement. I have now had the extensions removed, 565 later and I have nothing to show for it.
