I had a head of highlights and a haircut with Charlotte and it was genuinely the best salon experience I've ever had! She was so friendly, my hair looks incredible and Muse is a gorgeous space. Would 100% recommend!

I have been seeing Elle for awhile now for my waxing. Seeing her go from an employee to opening her own place is amazing well done to you. Elle is amazing at what she does, she is friendly, kind and talkative, she makes you feel at ease as soon as you walk in. Onto the wax: Elle takes you up to a private room, she tells you what you need to do, before leaving the room for you to get ready. She is professional and knows what she is doing. All her waxing equipment is on show so you can see what is happening. Everything is clean and hygienic and no double dipping. It is relatively pain free, as long as you follow the before and after care. When Elle has finished, she will leave the room for you to get ready and meet her down stairs to pay and book again if you wish. While I never had actually met the others who work there, the ones I did see seemed nice. I wish you and your business all the best for the future.
