Vanessa was extremely professional making me feel completely relaxed and at ease from start to finish. Talking me through and explaining every part of the process as she went along, reassuring me that the finished look will bring out the best. At last I have some beautiful eyebrows, arches, colour and definition, something I haven't had for the last 15 years! I have my "Top-Up" appointment in 4 weeks, I'm so very excited! Eyebrows are now complete and looking wonderful! Very natural shape (with a slight lift of course to make me look a bit younger ). I love the colour too, again, very natural and classic. Vanessas work is very neat, she takes her time to get it right and listens to any feedback, adjusting if necessary, making sure the client leaves happy. I would highly recommend Vanessa.
