        I came here for the first time at the weekend. Had a wash cut and blow dry, all the staff were lovely and the place itself was clean and really nice. Had my hair washed and that was really good. Explained what I wanted, Im quite easy going with my hair and not to fussy. Asked for a light wispy fringe. As my hair was getting cut it was getting shorter and shorter, fine no problem. Then layers and layers were getting added which I actually didnt ask for loads of layers I asked for a face shape layers. Then the fringe happened, I sat in the chair just hating the way I looked. I just felt all my confidence drain and just felt so embarrassed. Im now wearing my hair up till it grows out more, Ive tried styling it in certain ways to make it look better but I just cant. Im sorry but I will not be returning here.
