For somewhere that grandly names itself The Beer House, this establishment has a pitiful selection of mass market lagers and ridiculously overpriced wines. You would be significantly better off buying some local beers from the Co-Op or M&S. I really wished Id read the other reviews before getting a drink.

Arrived at 6:20pm to be told they are already closed. This is still a commute time for many of us. For this new business to be a success it will need far more commitment!

Chucked out unceremoniously at 18.45. Surely another retailer is warranted in this prime spot. I've just seen 5 active groups chucked out and 2 incoming groups refused entry.

Expensive with dreadful bar staff. They seem to think that are doing you a favour in serving you. Will never visit again. 30/12/2019 Just as an addition to my former comments on this so called "Beer House" I ,whilst waiting for my train have witnessed several astonished couples, families etc being told that they are no longer serving and are now closing. The time is 18:32 on Monday evening. Clearly , this outfit have a self destruct button. Not only is the service dreadful, the prices excessive and the beers poor , they intend on closing as soon as possible.

Arrived at 10.20 am on a Friday, it was closed even though signs say 0900-2100 Mon - Fri staff appeared to be buying bottles of Doombar from the station M&S Consistency in opening times is key for a new business
