I pre-booked Bond No.28 three months ago for a group booking after reading the reviews. Unfortunately I didn't have the best experience. I was initially shared images of the area I had pre-booked which looked great, and I also asked to pre-order some bubbly as a surprise for the guests I was with. Whilst email communication was okay to begin with, I then had to follow up with a call 4 times to double check my booking was definitely confirmed and to ask to pay for the pre-ordered bubbly. When arriving on the evening, we were shown to a high table in the middle of the bar, with about 5 chairs, not ideal for a group of 13! I had to show the email and images I had been sent in advance to the team and they then agreed to move those that were sat in our area and allow us to sit there. Not the most ideal situation particularly after booking so far in advance and having to call up numerous times beforehand to double check everything was okay.
