        Went to the branch today and the woman behind the counter inexcusably closed it just after 2.00pm. How the hell are we supposed to carry out banking on this basis? Their online service is even worse!

        Although the bank was very busy & the staff all seemed rushed off their feet the service i got was very efficient & friendly, Emma who dealt with my requests was exceptionally helpful & am grateful for the assistance
