        Went to pay some money into my wife account, but paying in machine wasn't working so went to pay it over the counter handed over my wife's card and money, women behind the counter asked was I authorised to pay into the account I said it's my wife's account and I'm just paying in, she said they could not do as I was not on their system as authorised to pay in I said your joking I'm not trying to take any out just paying in but according to her if your not authorised you can't but if the machine had been working they would of been none the wiser how pathetic is that
