Warm bank, icy staff I withdrew some cash from the internal atm.( I wanted a fiver for someone who was doing a collection outside, near the bank) ATM doesn't give fivers, so I asked staff member if they would change a tenner I had that I had just got out of their machine. She asks "is you account with us?" Me to her, puzzled "er, no" Her to me "then no I can't" Loving the use of the word "can't" And silly of me, I thought was a BANK. Went to Tesco's where they can - and did-change it.

I've personally found the staff at this branch helpful and efficient. Some transactions you may need to carry out upstairs, but there is a lift should you need one.
