        Easiest bank to get to and park in Norwich. I never use the counter services as the machines inside do everything I need. Paying in cheques, cash or even coins is a breeze plus withdrawing money of course! Someone's changed the name to Norwich Boundary Road, it's a bank not a road!

        DO NOT USE THIS BRANCH! They will try & get you to use their machines which DO NOT WORK! I have had major issues paying in a cheque because the machine was unable to read the correct amount & I have now had to pay coins into a machine which failed to read the correct amount twice! The other machine that counts coins wasn't working either and I was not allowed to pay in at the desk. When I expressed my frustration in having to take a large number of coins back out of the machine for the second time, the condescending female member of staff literally threatened to close my account! DO NOT USE THIS BANK EVER!!!!
