Ive been with the co op bank for over 15 years and their customer service has got worse year on year. They blocked an online transaction twice so I phoned. It took over an hour to speak to someone, the agent said she could put is a new password for me so I can try to make the transaction again but she could not make the payment for me. And I waited an hour for that, not good enough
