I had received a suspicious text claiming fraud on my account. Went into the branch for some guidance. They allowed me to sit at a private desk at the back of the office, use their phone to call the fraud team and gave me assistance throughout the call. Fantastic customer service all round. Friendly, helpful staff that I have nothing but praise for.

Don't come here on a Saturday at 12, awaiting for my partner as he has had app issues, been here 40min so far just to pay off a credit card, speaking to another lady she had fraud and been estimated a 2h wait, she is 3rd in a queue, her new card didn't work when she was sent it. No refreshments, 4 chairs all full, oh dear. She is thinking of moving to coop. With me.

Called me yesterday to say my cheque could not be processed because it was in somebody elses name and then couldnt get through to them, rang the Barclays number today to be told it was a mistake by the branch, but they hadnt contacted me to tell me it was a mistake.
