        I went in today to speak about opening an account, as I'd been having some difficulties related to identification. There was a lovely lady that sat down and explained what needed to be done; very concise, friendly, and to the point. I'd absolutely recommend this bank, far more open and friendly than other banks nearby, and very approachable as a young person.
