        I can give this branch 4 stars as I no longer have to go in . So they've succeeded in what they wanted to do by driving people to online banking. The loans and mortgages are v good .

        The guy on till very friendly. They need more cashiers & transfer couple from city centre to here isn't hard is it. I mean something so basic can save so many customer complaints.

        The car park is a joke, people using it don't have a clue and take your space while you're waiting for someone to come out of a space and just like that they jump into your space.
