We were very happy with the service we received when buying a car. The whole process was really easy. Everything was explained really clearly so was easy to understand. Simon was very helpful and great to deal with. He was also very patient when we had a few queries. We've bought an amazing car that we absolutely love. The car was delivered to us so great customer service. Can highly recommend.

You pay money for work done on your car and no Receipts or paper work been given or even sent to you via emails, they even didnt clean the car or even the engine bay, oil was covering the engine why should I pay over priced service 380 for just oil change!!! and get this kind of service If was no star option I will give it to you NorWich Audi!!! I was shocked when I saw the car after the service done? I will make sure to raise this issue with Head office I love Audi but with this kind of service I think I am going back to BMW at least they care about their customers. My new new service plan I asked for hasnt been sent to me for over a week And after you pay and you complain. They promised they will get back to you and then if I get back they wont as usual!!! I rather support small businesses like my local garage instead of going to Audi then?!
