Everyone at Castle Fine Art is lovely, knowledgeable and helpful. Ive bought two complete sets now, one by Billy Connolly and one by Johnny Depp and their works are stunning- theyve transformed our house. Ive been very impressed with their finance options and for anyone looking to use the 0% interest option, the company they use is reputable, has a good app, and you can pay early too. There are no caveats, which is great! On top of that, Castle Fine Arts customer service has been excellent. The entire team is always on hand to answer questions openly and honestly, without feeling like youre being pressured into anything. They also look after you if something is damaged in transit, for example, one piece of art had a damaged frame (which I hadnt spotted at delivery) and the person (who was part of the fitting service) noticed the issue and said theyd take care of it and within two weeks it was returned to us in mint condition. There were no qualms and we received really good updates from the team to make sure I was happy throughout the process. The Norwich team are honestly amazing, and theyve absolutely nailed customer experience!
