        Asked them a question which they promised to respond to. Never got back. No doubt imagined that there would be no fee in it for them. It is the little things that make you doubt the integrity of the whole. So on that basis I am out.

        We engaged them to do a simple plan for a small loft conversion. A junior member of staff undertook the work and the partner did a poor job of checking. They needed to return and take measurements again, and were appalling at dealing with the local authority. Avoid.
