Two architects awards for the Matthew Project's recovery hub on Oak St, says it all. Excellent to work with, Andrew and the team listened to us, service users, and referral agencies to design and build a centre that provides what was intended and more: community, support and skills for people in recovery. They worked within our funding constraints and delivered a fabulous end product.

I would highly recommend Andrew to anyone looking for architectural services. He came highly recommended to me by a Friend and now having done a number of projects with him its clearly evident as to why. The service provided is excellent and they are very helpful during the whole process. Any issues that arose with contractors or Building Control were dealt with very promptly and reassuringly. They are only ever a phone call away and very accommodating. Look forward to working with you guys again soon!

We had a limited budget and a brief to explore ways to solve a few problems with our property and if possible to add a bit of value. We went with Cannon Clarke because they impressed on us the importance of getting a fixed price contract with a builder which gave us a lot of certainty about retaining control over costs and potentially time, although COVID and supply chain issues put paid to the latter. We went through various iterations of plans and had various costings/quotes done and eventually settled on a plan which solved most of the main issues we had with the property but importantly, left scope to do other improvements later, if we need them and can afford them! Andrew was very patient with us throughout and even though the project was small and the budget was tight, he never made us feel that our business wasn't important to them and has been available and responsive throughout the process. I can't post pictures for personal reasons, but we are enjoying living with the changes made which create an extension housing a broken plan kitchen, dining, living room with connection to the garden.
