Larry, Jack, Sam and Cara are all brilliant. An excellent service. Very friendly and approachable, and keen to share knowledge. I really enjoyed the day when they came over to remove the fast growing Eucalyptus that was too close to my back door! A dangerous job which they completed in a very efficient, professional and safe manner.

This team are wonderful! Communication was prompt , friendly and efficient. The lads were great on the day, accommodating my want to keep various bits of the cherrywood with smiles and appreciation of the intended use (a guitar body). Professional team, great communication throughout the job regarding pigeons nesting in my trees I wanted cut down, and they cut the trees down so quickly too and left no mess! I will be recommending this team to anyone needing a tree surgeon.

I was recommended Talking Elm and Im glad they were. From the initial visit from Larry who took the time to fully understand what I was trying to achieve, to Cara in the office who kept me well updated all the way from start to finish to the team of 3 on the day who were great - they checked with me from time to time to check what they were doing and then again when theyd finished to ensure I was happy. Plus they tidied up really well. Id be happy to recommend them.
