    There's nothing else I'd trust to take care of my fish! The Seneye USB device (and SWS) are excellent tools which I can rely on for accuracy and consistency. The alerts have saved me from a few sticky situations in the tank and Seneye's customer support team have been super helpful when I needed some technical assistance.

    They reply quick on email but that's about it. After numerous emails explainaning the same things over and over again ( it was all in the history) the same diagnose, it had always somthing to do with my Internet connection or something related to that. So They don't read what you sent. Or what they already have suggested. After numerous phone calls and emails the divice was sent back. Turns out device was faulty, not my Internet. Wasted numerous slides and every time they e-mailed the divice was working it wasn't. But after a phonecall and them checking the account miraculous it worked again. They promised to replace slides to compensate the los of slides but only sent 1 new slide. And the readings are realy unreliable. If im to believe the seneye all my corals should be dead because of the NH3 reading of 0.499 mg/l. Ph is of by 1.3 points measured with 3 different tests and NH 4 is going between 25.29 and 799.49 ppb every half hour. Based on my experience I would not recommend it to anyone.
