        I am writing to express my disappointment with the service I have received from Norwich Car Store since the sale of my car. When reached there to pick up the car they haven't had the 2 key which they said will send it home 2with in 2 weeks , didn't fill the documentation correctly of my old car which I had to call them serval times to get the document number to notify DVLA . I have asked for the copy history check of the car still waiting for the 2 key and copy of history check . Made several phone calls .The lady answering the phone says the customer assistant who did deal with me is busy and will call me back . still waiting. for second key and copy of history check and new V5 . would not recommend this place to anyone .

        Excellent service from James Hughes at the Norwich store when purchasing VW Tiguan. Super helpful and not pushy or trying to sell anything for the sake of it. Wouldnt hesitate to recommend. Thanks
