I always find this website the best for medical things that are hard to get elsewhere. I needed catheter tip syringes and this was the only website I could find them. Most are very good prices for items and all in all I've never had any issues. I will definitely shop here again!

Missed the delivery so it was sent to my local royal mail depot, which I didn't attend before product sent back. That's my fault, can't blame UKMEDI there. Now I can't get through either via phone or email, so I'm currently out of pocket with no way to resolve.

Brilliant customer service and a great range of products. I selected the wrong delivery method, accidentally clicked to collect from them rather than have it delivered, and got an email from the team to check this was correct as they saw that I was a bit further away from them than their normal collecting customers. They quickly changed it to home delivery for me with no issues or quibble. Much better service than I have experienced from different companies, especially as it was my error. Will definitely continue to use them for my wildlife rescue supplies!
