Taylors Clematis

I have ordered Clematis from Taylors for the last 3 years. the service, packing and quality have been first class. Also when I required advice I received an email the very next morning, I would highly recommend this company.

Received 2 clematis armandii today. Absolutely beautiful, healthy well grown plants. Really pleased, and looking forward to getting them planted

Nice plants, shame about the customer service. I have ordered twice from Taylors. The first time the plants arrived and we were very happy with them. The second time a couple of years later (using exactly the same delivery details), the order has not arrived and we have not received a refund. The delivery company yodel raised an issue with making the delivery as they said the flat number had not been specified, just the house number. Yodel have accepted that they have not actually tried to make the delivery by pressing the doorbell, or ringing the telephone number or using email details that they have. The contact at Taylors has been unhelpful and offish keeps referring to our mistake. I wish them all the best but wont be using this company again.
