Bromyard Boarding Kennels

Our dogs really enjoy being here.

Do not use this kennels. We booked an 11 night stay for our two pooches. We received 1 update during that time despite having asked for more, no response. When we dropped them off we mentioned that our flight made the pick up times slightly tight and we were told it'd be no problem just to give her a call. We realised on the way from the airport that we'd be 20 minutes late so gave her a call to be told "sorry ill have left by then you'll have to collect them in the morning". Firstly, I was not happy at all about them being left on the premises for any amount of time with no staff around and secondly, 20 minutes late, pre warned and now I can't have my dogs back?! We argued the case to which she said "you've left me no choice". Picking the dogs up, Faith barely spoke to us, didn't return one of their pieces of bedding which was Ronnie's favourite and didn't respond to messages querying this either. She also told us they'd ran out of food and they looked skinnier despite the website saying food they'll provide food. I would never trust my dogs with her again. Very inflexible with timings, neglectful (no staff on premises at times), lack of updates, and such a bad attitude. Never again. I will be reporting to the council. And to confirm, thanks to other reviews calling my review out as entitled, this was the worst kennel experience I've had and just because yours was great, does not mean mine was too. When choosing a kennel, you should consider all reviews not just those who say its amazing.

We have used Bromyard Boarding Kennels for over 4 years and our cockapoo Layla always has the best time. We have total peace of mind that when we go away, Faith and the team do a fantastic job looking after her! Ignore the one star review below from Beckie Wignall - she sounds like an entitled little snowflake and someone who thrives on finding fault in everything. Nothing short of 5 stars from us and honestly cant recommend them enough!

Our lurcher Lucy is always happy and well looked after. I would recommend the kennels to anyone.
