Jay and the academy he has built are incredible! We drove 900 miles round trip to see him and it was worth every minute. The academy couldn't be more helpful for any dog owner. We have some issues to work on with our dog, but even if you didn't I guarantee you could learn something here!

I booked a 1-1 with Jay for help with my dogs reactivity towards other dogs and have not looked back. I joined the academy with all the benefits of local meet ups, open days and masses of online videos, help and advice and the chance to join the Overture Programme which is amazing Love learning all I can and making the best of my relationship with my boy Definite

Jay is absolutely fantastic and I cant recommend him enough. Not only is he an absolutely fantastic trainer he makes you feel welcome and at ease! As do the absolutely fantastic academy he has set up which has the best community of like minded people all there to support each other through open days, division meets and general support. No matter what kind of dog you have, with any or no behavioural issues you will not go wrong and youll learn and grow so much

I've been a member of Obsidian Academy for several months now and I can't recommend it enough to all dog owners out there! Even if you're planning to become a dog owner it's a place to be! There are 100's of Academy online videos covering tons of useful information, advice, training and puppy section! There is a fantastic online community where people share their dog training journeys, you can ask questions and get super valuable advice and support from trainers and other members. No hate, no drama, no judging! I've learnt so much since joining. Absolutely love it!

Cant recommend jay enough. For pet behaviour work or the more advanced side of stuff like sports & protection this guy is an over flowing cup of knowledge & experience. I started a few years ago learning. Taking unfortunately the wrong steps ( in my opinion ) in learning with online courses etc. but when joining the academy few years ago everything I learnt in my courses was explained to me and easier to understand with just watching a 5 minute video on certain theorys of learning. I think people will benefit more with there money going to see trainers to pick there brain and learn from them and jay is certainly one to learn from. So be it your seeking to gain more knowledge in becoming a better trainer or a dog owner with behaviour problems and need a trainer to help you your definitely be investing your money well.
