        Ordered a taxi for 8-15 on Friday night and turned up absolutely bang on time if not slightly early , Peter was the driver and he took my mother home after a family meal out , she commented what a lovely man he was and how he waited outside until he saw her safely into her house , 10 out of 10 from me

        Expensive on way out of Malton (more than Kappa) and rude when taxi requested into Malton. This was requested for an hours time. Drivers very good, operator on phone rude to my friend. What a shame.

        Very flexible as we had train troubles. Arrive very late but had taxi available for us

        I rang this Company today to be told l would be charged 2 to take my little Yorkshire Terrier in the Vehicle from Malton Square to Ray Chapman Motors less than a mile !! According to New Tariffs which came in on 1st April there is no mention of being allowed to charge for dogs. Therefore illegal to charge For a dog ...Got bus...dog went free.Very sarcastic response from Owner.Still no mention of charge for dog on NYCC Tariff Card so still NOT allowed to charge. Will contact licensing and see what they say. Sarcasm doesn't alway pay !
