        When you come across to little gems like this it is impossible not to write a review. Amazingly delicate macaroons, my favourite one was the lime and mint flavour! Also I had a choux bun and to me that was perfection, perfectly balanced flavours . I would visit Malton again just to eat Monsieur Poirot macaroons!

        Every time I eat something made by Florian, my taste buds dance. The man is a wizard of sweet treats. One of the places I visit at every opportunity. My wife thoroughly enjoyed his cooking classes too. And I enjoyed the fruits of her labour!
