        I would give zero stars if I could, I ordered a bouquet on their online shop at 40 paid on card to be delivered on 18th for Mothers Day, i had email confirming order incl delivery charge and delivery date, payment out of my bank but flowers did not arrive and I had no correspondence to say there was an issue with order. The order was made over a week before delivery date. Ive lost 40 plus a disappointing mum who hasnt received anything.

        After a horrid service from another florist in Malton I went into Dales and was thrilled I did! The lady working there (Cara?) was kind, helpful, patient and genuinely cared! She even gave my 18 month old daughter a little flower to take away! I would highly recommend and will go back soon to buy some of their gorgeous plants for my new home renovations! Well priced and a lovely service.
