        Following an accident whilst on holiday, I have nothing but praise for all the staff at DERWENT surgery. I dont really like to single out anyone in particular but those who have helped care for me are Leanne, Naomi and Sarita and of course all the reception staff (who have managed to get me an appointment at such short notice - usually within a couple of hours of ringing). They have all be so understanding and caring. Thank you x

        I wanted to make an appointment with my daughter's doctor because she has a fever and a rash. The lady at the reception said that the doctor would see my daughter on the phone, when I said that I needed an appointment at the clinic, she said that if I was worried about my daughter, I should go to the hospital. And this situation is not the first time we have been treated this way. who is to treat us if not doctors, and they, unfortunately, do not have time for people. absolutely disgusting clinic
